A Personal Anthology - call for seasonal stories!
Hello everyone.
You may well have noticed that there was a gap in your Friday afternoon yesterday where a Personal Anthology should have been. Apologies for that, and for the email silence. This was due to an unavoidable slippage in the schedule, with personal anthologists who for very good reasons have had to put back their contribution to the new year. They're worth waiting for, I promise; we have some great writers, readers and translators lined up for you!
There are two PA Fridays left in 2019 - next week's selection comes from Sarah Crown, while Friday 20th's will be our annual seasonal selection: a collaborative letter putting together stories suggested and introduced by... well anyone, really. Past contributors, future contributors, subscribers... you?
So, if you have a favourite or otherwise appropriate seasonal story - Christmas-themed, Hanukkah-themed, solstice-themed, New Year-themed or just cold and wintery - then please do get in touch. I'd love to include it!
And if you're interested in contributing a full Personal Anthology yourself, then please say so too. I'm always on the look-out for interesting people to take part.
All the best
Jonathan Gibbs
